Pharmacology is a science that forms the basis of modern medicine & it deals with study of drugs. Keeping in view the dental curriculum and profession the under graduate teaching goals are to familiarize the student with knowledge of rational & scientific basis of drugs.

Department of pharmacology is well established with modern pharmacology laboratory which fulfills the DCI regulations. Department has undergone medical education unit teachers training programme. Faculties are involved in incorporating innovative methods of teaching.
